This means that Texas Hearing Services now accepts Medicaid patients. If you are currently enrolled in Medicaid and would like to use your hearing aid benefits, here is what we will need from you:

• A copy of your current Medicaid ID card
• A copy of a valid Texas Driver’s License or state-issued ID card
• A signed Physician’s Exam Report (Form B.41).
• Eligible Medicaid enrollees may now be eligible for two hearing aids.

Previous benefits limited eligible participants to one hearing aid once every six years. Now, eligible participants may be able to receive two hearing aids once every five years.
